Richard L. Sullivan, MD   Adult Neurology

Richard L. Sullivan, M.D.Dr. Sullivan's neurological interests include stroke, peripheral neuromuscular disease, multiple sclerosis, MRI interpretation and general neurological diseases.


He was graduated from Notre Dame University, and received his medical degree from State University of New York at Syracuse in 1970. He completed his internship and residency in neurology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in 1976. Dr. Sullivan is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine in the Department of Neurology of University of Vermont College of Medicine at Maine Medical Center, and is also the Director of Neurology Residency-Training Program at Maine Medical Center.


Dr. Sullivan is board certified in neurology, clinical neurophysiology and magnetic resonance imaging.
