Maps & Directions

From 295-North:

• Take Exit 1 (Maine Mall Road/Turnpike North) off the interstate.
• Exit to the right (Route 114/Maine Mall Road/Airport) just before the entrance to the toll booth.
• Bear left (do NOT enter the Maine Mall complex).
• At the traffic light, turn left onto Payne Road and go approximately ½ mile.
• Immediately after traveling under the turnpike overpass, get in the left hand turn only lane and make a left at the first traffic light at the Lowes, Scarborough Gallery gated entrance. This is called Gallery Boulevard.
• Stay in your left lane on Gallery Boulevard and make a left at the very next light, which is Spring Street.
• Maine Neurology will be the first building on your right on Spring Street. Take an immediate right off of Spring Street into our parking lot.
• Adult patients should use the first entrance by the circle and report to the second floor.
• Pediatric, young adults and lab patients should go to the far end of the parking lot and enter through the doors with the red railings. Report to the second floor.

From the Maine Turnpike/I-95 North:

• Take Exit 45 (formerly Exit 7) for South Portland/Maine Mall.
• Take the first right (Route 114/Maine Mall Road/Airport) just after the toll booth.

• Take Exit 42 (formerly Exit 6) for Scarborough.
• At the traffic light turn left onto Payne Road.
• Go approximately two miles.
• Immediately after passing Wal Mart on your right, turn right into the Lowes, Scarborough Gallery gated entrance onto Gallery Boulevard.
• Stay in your left lane on Gallery Boulevard and make a left at the very next light, which is Spring Street.
• Maine Neurology will be the first building on your right on Spring Street. Take an immediate right off of Spring Street into our parking lot. · Adult patients should use the first entrance by the circle and report to the second floor.

From the West through Gorham:

• From Route 22, bear right (past O'Donal's Nurseries) onto Route 114 East.
• Follow 114 East approximately 3.1 miles to the intersection with Payne Road and make a left onto Payne Road.
• Make a right into the Lowes, Scarborough Gallery gated entrance just past Wal Mart.
• At the first light make a left onto Spring Street.
• Maine Neurology is the first building on the right on Spring Street. Take an immediate right off of Spring Street into our parking lot.
